Design Thinking Games

Design Thinking Games (DTG) is a social enterprise that works with Impact Partners from NFP and Government sectors to bring social impact to the community. Our team collaborates with designers, corporates, and industry leaders, we facilitate understanding, learning, conversation and exploration of a social problem-space through design thinking methodologies.

DTG is also about creating a safe environment to learn about design, collaborate, and play with purpose and intent. We provide facilitation and training for corporate teams, and organise community events to share our passion - seeking to equip all of our Design Players with the knowledge and skills to begin a fun journey in creating social impact.

Tungsten Ventures

Tungsten Ventures is a venture design lab and incubator for new and disruptive ideas, products and tech companies.

We partner with start-ups and early stage founders, incubators, and accelerators to help them explore opportunities, envision the future, and bring digital products and services to life. We help founders get their ideas off the ground by envisioning and designing their MVP, 1.0, or 2.0 and getting them ready for market, investment ready, or set for scale by providing design + creative capital.

Design Leadership Radar

The Design Leadership Radar is a wayfinding toolkit and framework that supports the continued advancement of Design maturity in organisations by directing leadership acts to increase design’s influence and impact. It aims to help enable effective design leaders to create environments where design can flourish by providing a holistic view of leadership to help current and future leaders locate areas of focus in their practice in four key areas of:

1. Leading the product of design

2. Leading the people who design

3. Leading the practice of design, and

4. Leading the wider organisation through design

Tested through research with leaders from companies such as Facebook, Atlassian, MYOB, CultureAmp, Zendesk and EstimateOne.
